Frequently Asked Questions
I got a County Inspection Notice, what do I need to do?
When you receive your county notice, always contact us right away to get on the schedule. Don't wait! Some counties do send out late fees and citations if you do not get your tank serviced in a timely manner. We do not charge anything extra to take care of your county paperwork! We come out and do your service and you will send us your county letter along with any fees if your county requires it and we will certify your notice and send them to the county for you!
Do you pump grease traps?
Absolutely!! We even work around your business' open hours so it does not affect your business. We pump early in the morning and can also pump late in the day, whatever fits best with your schedule!
Do you offer septic inspections for the sale of the property?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, if you need a recommendation please feel free to contact us!
How often should a septic tank be pumped?
How often you pump your septic is based on the amount of people in your household, the size of your septic system, and your water usage. Larger household sizes use more wastewater which creates more sludge in the tank and should be pumped much more frequently than the required 3 years by the county. Routine maintenance of your system will help prolong your system's life expectancy.
Is it safe to add additives to your septic tank?
No, additives should not be used! The additives can seep out to your drainfield and plug it up and ruin your drainfield which can lead to costly repairs.
Do you service septic tanks in the winter?
Yes, we do!
Emergency Service
Yes, we offer emergency service calls. Our phones are on 24/7 and you will always get Justin or Jenna who answer!
